As an Express Service Advisor, you will assist customers through routine maintenance services, focusing on speed, accuracy, and clear communication.
Express Service AdvisorJob Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with quick service needs
- Write basic repair orders for maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections)
- Communicate service recommendations clearly and efficiently
- Coordinate with express technicians to keep workflow moving
- Provide status updates and ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and repair orders
- Deliver a positive, efficient customer experience
Schedule:
Monday – Saturday (Schedule Varies)
