JOB SUMMARYAs representative of the Nisqually Red Wind Casino Players Club, interacts with players to explain, sell, and administer program benefits, utilizing the Casino player tracking system. Enters data, welcomes new guests, explains Club Red Program and promotional activities, issues players club cards to guests, prepares various system generated coupons, and executes promotional activities and paperwork, and assists with special events and other marketing tasks as assigned.
Complies with all casino policies and procedures, internal controls, standard operating procedures and Tribal Gaming regulations pertaining to class III work areas, in addition to Club operations.
Required Skills, Knowledge, And Behavior
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent guest service skills and possess a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
- Ability to safeguard confidential information.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of operating basic office equipment.
- Demonstrates honesty in the workplace.
- Pass NRWC pre-employment testing.
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
- At least 6 months of related experience in front-line guest contact position.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- 6 months related gaming experience.
- Ability to stoop, reach, squat, push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Manual and finger dexterity for operation of personal computer and routine paperwork.
- Ability to tolerate a smoke-filled environment.
- Provides excellent guest service, in a busy, fast-paced casino environment.
