Service Advisor Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Accurately document vehicle concerns and service needs.
- Provide detailed cost estimates and clearly explain recommended services.
- Coordinate repair timelines and communicate status updates to customers.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service completion.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through follow-up and consistent service quality.

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair facility required.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience with Reynolds or other dealership management software preferred.
Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
