Role: Client Service Representative
Status: Full-time
Salary: Starting at $17.50 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am-6 pm; no nights, on-call shifts, or holiday hours

Chambers Prairie Animal Hospital is a team-oriented, four-doctor practice looking for a friendly and organized Client Service Representative to join our crew of passionate professionals. Our Client Service Representatives are an essential part of the hospital experience. You’ll help welcome clients, coordinate appointments, manage communication, and keep the front desk running smoothly while creating a warm and supportive environment for pets and their people.

What You'll Do
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and a friendly attitude
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in person and by phone
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions
- Schedule appointments and coordinate the hospital calendar
- Help manage client inquiries and route medical concerns appropriately
- Check clients and patients in and out for appointments
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Update information within the hospital’s practice management system
- Assist with billing and payment processes
- Help coordinate veterinary services, procedures, and follow-up needs
- Communicate hospital policies, scheduling information, and service details clearly
- Support veterinarians, technicians, and assistants as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of client and patient information
- Provide empathetic support during sensitive or emotional conversations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support teammates and contribute to an efficient front-desk workflow
- Help create a positive experience for every client and patient
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or office experience is preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
