Dental Hygienist – Part-Time (Mon–Wed) | Woodland Trails Dentistry – Olympia, WA

Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (1-hour lunch: 12–1 PM)

Compensation: $70/hour + Monthly Bonus Potential

Location: Downtown Olympia, WA (stand-alone building with parking)

Up to $12,000 WELCOME BONUS!!

Woodland Trails Dentistry is a long-standing, patient-loved practice in the heart of downtown Olympia. We’re a small, friendly team that enjoys a comfortable, laid-back environment and a place people love for its warm, welcoming feel.

You’ll be joining:

• Dr. Richard Smith – a well-established, chill, and personable dentist who’s fun, chatty, and extremely supportive. He gives his hygienist full autonomy in perio diagnosis and treatment planning.
• 1 RDH (you!), 1 Office Manager, 1 Dental Assistant – a tight-knit, easygoing team that celebrates birthdays, holidays, and appreciates good food (lots of great options nearby!).

• $70/hour + up to $10k welcome bonus, and monthly bonus potential
• 1-hour appointment times (with the flexibility to schedule more time if needed)
• Your own operatory with a window
• Two hygiene ops available if you prefer to bounce
• High percentage of perio patients

• New Cavitron dedicated to hygiene
• We’ll purchase any instruments you need
• Laser-friendly practice – if you’re laser certified and use it regularly, we’ll purchase a laser for you
• Dentrix software + intraoral cameras
• Full control over your schedule so you can give patients the time they need

A kind, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist who values autonomy, enjoys a relaxed environment, and wants to build genuine relationships with patients. Someone who’s comfortable with perio diagnosis and treatment planning, communicates well, and loves working in a small, cohesive team.

Laser certification is a plus (and we’ll invest in a laser for you)!
