Compensation: $26.00 – $30.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)

Employment Type: Part‑Time (2 days/week, with excellent potential for hours to expand as the practice grows)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday availability required (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; scheduled days change weekly)

We operate a beautiful, state‑of‑the‑art office (featuring 2 restorative and 2 hygiene ops) where we focus heavily on patient comfort and advanced treatment. As our Dental Assistant, you will partner closely with Dr. Lemon to deliver gentle, high‑quality general and specialized care (including endodontics, oral surgery, and restorative procedures).

• Chair‑Side Excellence: Provide compassionate, seamless chair‑side assistance to keep our patients relaxed and comfortable.
• Infection Control: Utilize aseptic techniques to prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments, upholding the highest standards of safety and hygiene protocols.
• Patient Advocacy & Support: Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records and documentation while adhering strictly to HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborative Spirit: Step in to help your team members as needed, keeping our 4‑op practice running smoothly and efficiently.

• Credentials: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) registration with the Washington State Department of Health and a current healthcare provider CPR/BLS certification are required. (
