Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients of all ages
• Provide restorative treatments including fillings, crowns, and basic endodontic procedures
• Perform simple and select surgical extractions with a focus on patient comfort
• Deliver preventive care, including cleanings oversight, fluoride, and sealant recommendations
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and long-term care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely digital records and radiographs in practice software
• Adhere to strict infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office to ensure smooth patient flow
• Contribute to a calming, spa-like environment that reduces patient anxiety
• Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives.
