We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Contract Landscape Designer to join our team and assist with planning, designing, and implementing landscape projects. The ideal candidate will bring innovative design ideas and technical expertise to enhance outdoor spaces for residential, commercial, or public projects. • Develop creative, functional, and sustainable landscape designs using CAD software or hand-drawn techniques.
• Create site plans, renderings, and planting plans that reflect the client’s vision and budget.
• Propose innovative solutions for hardscaping, softscaping, irrigation, and lighting features.

• Conduct site analysis, including soil testing, surveying, and assessing environmental factors.
• Estimate project costs and recommend materials that align with the project budget.

• Ensure designs comply with local codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Integrate sustainable and eco-friendly practices into designs where possible.

• Deliver detailed documentation, including plans, schedules, and material lists.
