This role involves providing essential call coverage at a renowned facility in Olympia, WA, with the flexibility to work scheduled shifts that suit your expertise and availability.
Required Skills:
- Proven proficiency in urological surgical procedures
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage complex cases efficiently
- Commitment to patient-centered care
Skills:
- Experience in hospital-based urology practice
- Comfort with high-volume case load management
- Familiarity with telehealth consultations
- Additional certifications or specialized training in urology
Education and Experience:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology
- Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in urology practice
- Active medical license in the state of Washington
- Availability to work 1-week per month, primarily on 24-hour call shifts
- Ability to handle callbacks averaging 4-5 hours daily, with flexibility for longer hours based on case volume
- Willingness to participate in periodic further training or certification updates
- Must adhere to all applicable licensing, certification, and facility-specific protocols
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00
