• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology
• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in urology practice

• Active medical license in the state of Washington
• Availability to work 1-week per month, primarily on 24-hour call shifts
• Ability to handle callbacks averaging 4-5 hours daily, with flexibility for longer hours based on case volume
• Willingness to participate in periodic further training or certification updates
• Must adhere to all applicable licensing, certification, and facility-specific protocols
