Required Skills:

Valid U.S. medical license with current Urology certification (board certification preferred)

Proven experience in urology surgical procedures and clinical management

Strong ability to handle 24-hour call shifts independently

Excellent decision-making, communication, and patient management skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends as needed

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with hospital-based urology care operations

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Prior locum or temporary staffing experience

Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently during call shifts

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in urology

Previous experience in a similar call coverage setting is advantageous

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work scheduled 24-hour call shifts (approximately 3 to 4 per week, potentially more based on comfort and census)

Ability to commute to the healthcare facility in Olympia, WA

Current medical licensure in Washington state or eligibility for licensure reciprocity

Certification in ACLS and BLS preferred
