• Location: Olympia, WA 98502 (South Puget Sound, Pacific Northwest)
• Setting: 79-bed community hospital with open ICU
• Employment Type: Locum tenens / per diem physician job
• Shifts: 12-hour night shifts (Nocturnist / Night Hospitalist)
• Patient Encounters: 10-15 adult inpatient encounters per shift

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $6,280 - $7,440

• Board certified physician (Hospitalist/Nocturnist; Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred)
• Active Washington State medical license required
• Minimum 1 year of hospitalist or nocturnist experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience with adult inpatient procedures and non-invasive ventilation management
• Ability to supervise and mentor Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) during night shifts
• Clean background preferred to support expedited credentialing (typical timeframe: 90-120 days)

• Provide overnight hospitalist coverage for adult inpatients, including ICU-level patients
• Manage approximately 10-15 patient encounters per 12-hour night shift
• Supervise and support APPs scheduled on the same shift
• Perform non-invasive ventilation management and other required inpatient procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, with access to anesthesia, surgery, radiology, and other specialties
• Participate in stroke-certified care delivery and other hospital protocols
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive community hospital environment
