Urology Physician

This role offers a unique chance to lead urological services through scheduled clinic sessions, operating room procedures, and on-call responsibilities, all while maintaining a balanced and rewarding professional life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive urological care across clinic and surgical settings.
• Manage 24-hour call duties from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM, serving as the primary urology provider with APP backup support.
• Handle scheduled OR procedures and clinic appointments, totaling 10-12 working days per month.
• Participate in weekend and weekday coverage as needed to meet patient demands.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with active Urology board certification.
• Valid medical license in the practicing state.
• Proven proficiency in urological clinical practices and surgical procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in minimally invasive urological techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems.
• Previous experience in a locum or diverse clinical setting.
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.

• Fellowship training in Urology preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Prior experience working in outpatient and inpatient urology care.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation as specified.
• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date certifications and licensure.
• Must adhere to all institutional and regulatory requirements, including timely credentialing and compliance standards.
