South Sound YMCA in Olympia, WA is seeking a part-time Group Leader Float to support Site Directors by leading activities for school-age participants. This role requires 30-34 hours weekly across multiple Youth Development sites, with assignments possible in Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey or Shelton.
You will monitor child safety, maintain a positive environment, and coordinate with families and staff, using an iPad for sign-in/out and adhering to YMCA procedures.
