- Review title reports and supplemental survey records
- Perform boundary computations and analysis
- Prepare and review ALTA maps, plats, and survey exhibits
- Draft legal descriptions for easements and related documents
- Conduct research for survey control and field crew support
- Direct and review CAD drafting for preliminary and final drawings
- Respond to agency comments on survey maps and documentation
- Support and mentor CAD operators and technicians
- Serve as project manager and client contact on select projects
- PLS license in Washington preferred, or ability to obtain by reciprocity
- LSIT required at minimum, with expectation of obtaining PLS within one year
- Experience with boundary resolution and legal principles
- Strong understanding of survey research, title review, and ALTA standards
- Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to interpret technical documents, regulations, and survey data
- Solid math skills including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Primarily office-based in a fast-paced setting
- Occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform standard office-related physical tasks
