Position Overview As an Express Service Advisor, you will assist customers through routine maintenance services, focusing on speed, accuracy, and clear communication.

Express Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with quick service needs

Write basic repair orders for maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections)
Communicate service recommendations clearly and efficiently

Coordinate with express technicians to keep workflow moving

Provide status updates and ensure timely vehicle delivery

Maintain accurate documentation and repair orders

Deliver a positive, efficient customer experience

Schedule:

Monday – Saturday (Schedule Varies)

Express Service Advisor Qualifications Previous customer service experience required (automotive a plus)
