In addition to the core internship experience, the Summer Analyst will take part in the Endowment Management Investment Fellowship (EMIF)—a prestigious initiative that connects promising students with leading university and foundation investment offices. The EMIF aims to introduce participants to careers in endowment and foundation management

At the start of the summer, Fellows will attend a multi‑day seminar focused on the fundamentals of investment management. Sessions will include interactive lectures, case studies, and panel discussions led by senior professionals with deep experience in managing institutional portfolios. Through this seminar, participants will gain a foundational understanding of asset allocation strategies, risk management, governance, and the broader role of endowments in supporting institutional missions.
Throughout the summer, EMIF Fellows will work full‑time within their assigned investment teams—contributing to ongoing projects, analyzing data, and participating in high‑level meetings. Weekly sessions will provide opportunities to engage with a wide range of fund managers and industry leaders
