About Wealth Bridge Financial Group: Wealth Bridge Financial Group is a long‑standing wealth‑management firm with over 175 years of history. Our mission is To Do Good — in our communities and for the families we serve
. We are expanding across Arizona and are backed by National Life Group (A+ AM Best). Securities and investment advisory services are provided through Equity Services, Inc. (FINRA/SIPC).

The Opportunity

We are hiring motivated career changers in Washington for a structured training program that rewards production from day one. No prior financial experience is required. Early‑cohort independent contractors will help establish our Washington client base.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop financial plans across seven planning areas for Washington families, tech professionals, business owners, and retirees.
  • Assist clients with life insurance, annuities, disability coverage, investment advisory accounts, and retirement plans.
  • Serve markets in the Eastside tech corridor, Tacoma/South Sound, Spokane's Inland Northwest, and the SW Washington/Vancouver metro.
  • Build a book of business that remains yours with no binding non‑solicitation.
Activity Framework

The New Associate Program provides a daily activity framework of prospecting, client meetings, applications, and follow‑ups, with weekly accountability. Activity volume is paired with quality measures (persistency, client retention, suitability review) so that quantity without quality does not advance producers through the compensation structure. Production expectations are reviewed during Discovery and formalized at contracting.

Washington Licensing (Updated July 2023)

Washington no longer requires a pre‑licensing education course to sit for the insurance exam (PLE was eliminated effective July 23, 2023). Register directly with PSI at

Important terminology note:
In Washington, health insurance is regulated as disability insurance, so the license is titled Life & Disability rather than “Life & Health.” It covers the same product scope as the Life & Health license in other states.

Process

Register with PSI, complete self‑study (20 hours recommended by WA OIC), obtain fingerprinting through Idento

GO/Washington State Patrol, and submit the license application via NIPR. Typical licensing timeline is 2–4 weeks. Wealth Bridge guides you through each step.

Continuing Education

24 CE hours every two years (3 hours must be ethics). Wealth Bridge tracks your CE and provides carrier‑approved courses.

Compensation

Commission‑based, uncapped. No base salary or employer‑provided benefits. Earnings depend on activity volume, production, persistency, market conditions, and contract terms.

Good‑faith Earnings Estimate (RCW 49.58.110)

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS), May 2024, for SOC 13‑2052, the 10th percentile is $49,990; median $102,140; 75th percentile $172,540; 90th percentile top‑coded at $239,200 or higher; mean $160,210. Washington estimates rank above the national median due to high household incomes and high‑net‑worth clients. New advisors typically start in the lower portion of the range during licensing and ramp (months 1–12), scaling as activity, persistency, and book development compound.

Firm‑Wide

Good‑faith Earnings Estimate (Commission‑Based, 1099)

Our New York entry‑level posting discloses a range of $80,000 to $115,000 yearly for first‑year new associates. This reflects an earnings estimate, not a salary, for commission‑based 1099 broker‑affiliated production. New advisors start in the lower portion of the range…
