As a Financial Analyst in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Center, you will collaborate across teams, leverage financial data, conduct analysis, and delivering insights that enhance the customer experience, improve and speed up processes, and drive efficiencies.

• Prepare precise and accurate financial reports for assigned business unit(s) or department(s) to support management decision cycles.
• Plan and assist in budget preparation for business or departmental budgets.
• Collect, reconcile, approve, and integrate financial information from multiple sources to develop estimates and budgets.
• Recommend improvements and automation of financial cycles and support implementation of these recommendations.
• Manage the financial data set, including data controls, integrity, and documentation.
• Drive financial understanding and recommend General Ledger controls.
• Maintain a library of financial reports, data, and documentation, ensuring schedule and compliance.
• May be responsible for unit or office record keeping and material requests.
• Provide support to cross‑functional groups and conduct ad‑hoc investigations to achieve project goals.
• Conduct scenario analysis to determine the financial impact of proposed activity plans.
• Identify issues and recommend resolution options.
• Participate in strategy discussions and act as a visible collaborator, communicating transparently with business unit leaders.

• 3 years of financial analysis experience.
• Analytical and critical thinking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Month‑end/quarter‑end/year‑end financial close experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to use and adapt complex financial models.
• Knowledge of financial and GAAP accounting standards.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and able to meet time constraints.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan.
• Alteryx, Power Automate, and other automation tools.
• Power BI, SAP.
