Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 Base + Quarterly Bonus

Seeking an experienced Fiduciary Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive financial planning, wealth management, retirement income planning, investment advisory services, and client relationship management. This role will work closely with retirees, pre retirees, business owners, and individuals to develop long term financial strategies while supporting business growth through seminars, referrals, and marketing generated leads.

• Conduct discovery meetings, annual reviews, and ongoing client consultations
• Manage client relationships from prospecting through onboarding and long term service
• Deliver exceptional client service and fiduciary guidance
• Educate clients on financial planning and investment strategies
• Build long term client relationships and referral opportunities

• Retirement income planning
• Cash flow analysis
• Roth conversion strategies
• Tax efficient planning
• Risk management planning
• Estate and legacy planning coordination
• Wealth preservation strategies

• Review portfolio allocations and investment strategies
• Analyze risk tolerance and client objectives
• Research ETFs, stocks, bonds, annuities, and alternative investments
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments
• Maintain fiduciary standards and compliance requirements

• Conduct educational seminars and workshops
• Present at community events and networking functions
• Convert seminar and marketing leads into clients
• Support growth through referrals and relationship development

• Maintain SEC and state regulatory compliance
• Document client interactions and recommendations
• Utilize CRM and financial planning software
• Follow established operational procedures and workflows

• Minimum 3 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial planning
• Active Series 65 License
• Active Life & Health Insurance License
• Strong relationship management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Public speaking experience
• Strong technology proficiency
• High level of professionalism and fiduciary responsibility

• CFP®, ChFC®, CEPA®, or similar designation
• Experience with seminar based marketing
• Experience working with retirees, pre retirees, and business owners
• Experience with retirement income planning and holistic financial planning
