Senior Court Program Analyst
Support meaningful access to justice in Washington's courts by joining the Equity and Access Program at the Administrative Office of the Courts. Our team works to ensure courts can better serve self-represented litigants and communities that have been historically marginalized or excluded from the justice system. The Equity and Access Program is seeking a skilled professional to fill a Senior Court Program Analyst role. This position is located within AOC's Office of Court Innovation and reports to the Equity and Access Program Supervisor.
This position will:
- Identify and analyze critical needs and propose technology solutions to improve access to the courts for self-represented litigants.
- Guide and develop statewide self-help services.
- Support engagement with lived experience experts/court users.
- Develop and manage complex projects and objectives.
- Explore and test innovative ideas.
- Coordinate resource development.
The person in this role develops and manages statewide partnerships, collaborations, and resources. They will collaborate with statewide partners to identify opportunities for technology to enhance access to justice. This includes leading major technology projects for Self-Help Washington in coordination with the team's web developer, and working with jurisdictions across Washington to create broad, systemic improvements to how court users access information.
Additional responsibilities include assessing statewide needs, developing and deploying resources, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions and platforms that improve access to the courts and court information. This person will also review and monitor state and national best practices for improving court accessibility through technology, and support courts with education, resource development, communication, and technical assistance related to access to justice.
An understanding of systemic racism and oppression, and the courts' role in perpetuating it, is required for this position. The Senior Court Program Analyst will work with their colleagues and statewide and national partners on identifying and breaking down barriers to accessing courts, focusing on the experience of the court user who is least likely to receive equitable access.

This position requires you to be in the office at least two (2) days per week.
