Health Care Authority in partnership with Washington State University is hiring a Prevention System Manager to serve in the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR).

- Manage Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative (CPWI) contracts in communities across Washington.
- Provide substance use disorder prevention expertise, supporting coalitions by providing training and technical assistance.
- Manage assigned statewide projects to support prevention system and policy. These projects may include supporting system invoicing practices, statewide trainings and conferences, and/or serve as a substance subject matter expert.
This position is eligible to telework but is occasionally required to report on-site to meet business needs. Travel is required to meet with clients or partners, conduct business, attend or provide training and/or conferences.
