• 18+ years of age
• Reliable personal transportation
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and auto insurance
• Will become certified as a home care worker within a set time frame
• Successful criminal history and reference check

• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
