In accordance with assigned position, the Nutrition Food Services employee is responsible for such duties as: washing dishes, silverware, utensils, pots, pans and equipment in accordance with health, safety, and sanitary procedures; retrieving meal trays from patient care units throughout the medical center; cleaning floors and emptying garbage; replenishing floor stock; taking and recording temperatures of refrigerators, freezers, and dish machine;
and maintaining cleanliness of the nursing units' refrigerators and/or freezers.

Required Qualifications:
- National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months related experience and/or training.
