Artesian Place, our lovely Assisted Living community located in Olympia, WA has a current opening for a Resident Care Coordinator. This position would involve coordinating care and services for our residents. Requirements
  • Valid HCA or CNA license
  • Minimum three years of experience as a Medication Aide
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must respect the privacy and confidentiality of residents and have a clear understanding of residents’ rights
  • Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds routinely, and bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach
  • Outstanding written and oral skills
  • Problem‑solving skills
  • Must have the ability to provide leadership/instruction in all resident care functions
  • Must possess a working, current knowledge of state regulations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred, But Not Required
  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field
  • Experience in management within long‑term care, elder care, or home health care
  • Experience writing or assisting with negotiated service agreements
