Artesian Place, our lovely Assisted Living community located in Olympia, WA has a current opening for a Resident Care Coordinator. This position would involve coordinating care and services for our residents. - Hourly wage is $21-$24, DOE & Certifications!
- Valid HCA or CNA license
- Minimum three years of experience as a Medication Aide
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must respect the privacy and confidentiality of residents and have a clear understanding of residents’ rights
- Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds routinely, and bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach
- Outstanding written and oral skills
- Problem‑solving skills
- Must have the ability to provide leadership/instruction in all resident care functions
- Must possess a working, current knowledge of state regulations
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field
- Experience in management within long‑term care, elder care, or home health care
- Experience writing or assisting with negotiated service agreements
