• Current state RN license required.
• B.S. in Nursing or related health field preferred but not required.
• Minimum of three years hospital‑based nursing practice with utilization/case management experience.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required within 30 days of hire.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of procedures, patient safety, billing, contracts, and reimbursement issues.
• Compassionate, sensitive, and capable of critical thinking in emergencies.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.

• Provides case management services to patients according to policy and procedure.
• Follows direction from others and delivers concise, efficient outcomes.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and co‑workers.
• Sets priorities and protects patient best interests.
• Maintains knowledge of billing, payments, contracts, agreements, and reimbursement issues.
• Demonstrates competency in all job duties and continually improves performance.
