We proudly serve private-pay clients throughout Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, Shelton, Yelm, DuPont, and Centralia.

· Flexible scheduling built around your availability

· Competitive pay: $23–$27 per hour

· Additional pay for weekend shifts

· Mileage and travel reimbursement

· Paid orientation and ongoing training

Every client is unique, and we'll thoughtfully match you with clients whose needs fit your skills and experience. Depending on the client, responsibilities may include:

· Companionship and conversation

· Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

· Meal planning and meal preparation

· Light housekeeping

· Transportation to appointments and shopping

· Specialized care for clients living with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions

Our goal is to help seniors remain safely and comfortably in the place they call home while providing meaningful, rewarding work for our caregivers.

We're looking for professionals who:

· Have a current Washington State CNA or HCA license, or are actively enrolled in an approved licensing program

· Have a valid Washington State driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and are willing to transport clients when needed

· Are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care

· Demonstrate reliability and professionalism through consistent attendance and punctuality

· Meet current client and regulatory health requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination when required for vulnerable adult clients
