School Physical Therapist | Olympia, Washington

Make a difference in the lives of K-12 students as a Physical Therapist in a supportive, school-based setting. This contract opportunity is perfect for clinicians who thrive working with diverse student populations and are passionate about promoting mobility and independence. Youll collaborate closely with a dedicated PTA and enjoy a manageable caseload spanning two local school sites.

• Current Physical Therapist license in Washington State
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification required
• Experience in a school setting or pediatric population is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Provide therapeutic interventions and design individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
• Work onsite to assess, plan, and implement physical therapy goals that support students educational access and participation
• Support students with a variety of physical needs, adapting activities and environments as necessary
• Liaise with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care and progress monitoring
• Maintain timely and accurate student records in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
• Partner with a full-time PTA to provide high-quality services and optimize student outcomes

• 37.5 hours per week with flexible options to work 2-3 days per week part-time if preferred
• Assignment runs from January 4, 2027, through April 15, 2027
• Caseload of up to 44 students across two nearby schools
