Role Overview
The Occupational Therapist (OTR) provides assessment, intervention, program planning, and discharge planning to patients, utilizing direct, monitored, and consultative approaches.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with professional standards and ethics.
- Manage documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Advance practice levels based on experience, education, and skills.
- Take ultimate responsibility for service provision.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong clinical skills, ethical practice, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
This role involves working on-site in a hospital setting, focusing on patient-centered care, and supporting a diverse and inclusive environment.
