What You'll Do Every day is an opportunity to make someone's life a little easier. As a caregiver, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders
• Help with grocery shopping and transportation to appointments
• Observe changes in clients and communicate concerns to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans while providing respectful, compassionate care

What We're Looking For We're seeking dependable caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping others. Qualifications include:

• Active Washington State CNA or HCA certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Ability to provide hands-on personal care
• Comfortable working in homes with pets and occasional smoke exposure
• Reliable attendance and availability for recurring shifts
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Compensation: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
