Position: Seasonal - Pool Bar Supervisor (Nellie's)

As a supervisor at Nellie's, you'll be responsible for providing leadership and management to Nellie's Pool Bar. Working closely with the clubs leadership team, you'll assist in training and providing team oversight. With a passion for guest service, you'll lead the team in the creation of memorable experiences for our guests.

Salary: $20.50/hour

This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates:

  • Season Start: 5/3/2026
  • Season End: 9/19/2026

Responsibilities
  • Work in conjunction with Club leadership to insure outstanding customer service and profitability within the Pool Bar operations on a daily basis
  • Comply with all Liquor and Labor regulations
  • Responsible for reinforcement of department and company standards through training including all Suncadia policies, procedures and safety regulations
  • Responsible for understanding POS system, updating changes and training staff in its use
  • Responsible for the correct administration and supervision of restaurant reservations
  • Responsible for the proper use of supplies, materials, and equipment
  • Develop an atmosphere of professional friendliness and act as a representative of Suncadia to the public
  • Maintains a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Assists in the development and execution of new promotions, events, etc.
  • Monitors Revinate scores, shares with team and ensures service standards are met
  • Provides prompt follow-up to all guest concerns
  • Maintains a safe and pleasant work environment
  • Works closely with purchasing to ensure proper cost control and quality product
  • Recommends discipline and/or termination when appropriate of team members
  • Attends appropriate resort, division and department meetings
  • Resolves guest issues promptly and with great care and effectiveness
  • Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events
  • Interacts with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
  • Communicates all pertinent information to the outlets team
  • Ensures proper handling, cleaning and sanitation of equipment, china, glass and silver
  • Remains alert, courteous and helpful to the guests and team members at all time
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must obtain a Class 12 Mixologist permit within 90 days of beginning employment
  • Current Food Handler’s permit or ability to obtain one within 2 weeks of employment
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
  • At least three years of food and beverage experience preferred
  • Computer literate
  • Must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
