AOC requires employees to reside in Washington State. Any exceptions must be approved. If you are invited to an interview and currently reside outside of Washington State, seek more information about residency requirements from the AOC hiring manager for this recruitment.
This position requires you to be in the office at least two (2) days per week.
Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret data for quality assurance and reporting, identifying patterns and trends.
- Query and evaluate databases, performing in‑depth research on complex applications and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and expectations for data quality standards.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and maintain documentation.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
- Review test results to confirm acceptance criteria and recommend enhancements to court business processes.
- Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices for effective requirement management and reuse.
- Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and deliver high‑quality work within deadlines.
- Eight (8) years of information technology experience, including three (3) years of direct experience as a business analyst and/or court user subject matter expert performing business analysis functions such as conducting requirements gathering activities with stakeholders, analyzing and evaluating business functions/processes for deficiencies and enhancements, and recommending solutions to address business needs.
- Associate degree in computer science, information systems or related technical/business discipline and six (6) years of information technology experience including direct experience as a business analyst and/or court user subject matter expert performing business analysis functions such as conducting requirements gathering activities with stakeholders, analyzing and evaluating business functions/processes for deficiencies and enhancements, and recommending solutions to address business needs.
