4) to lead digital forensics operations within the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit in Olympia. This expert-level position directs laboratory and mobile lab operations, performs complex analyses of digital evidence from computers and mobile devices, and testifies as an expert witness in legal proceedings. The role involves independently managing multiple concurrent search warrant sites and supervising digital forensics personnel.### Key qualifications
* Six years of digital forensics experience with at least four years in a lead role managing/operating a forensic lab and testifying in court
* Bachelor's degree in forensic science or related field (may substitute two years of experience)
* Professional certifications such as GCFA, GCFE, CCO, CCPA, CCME, MCFE, FTK or CFCE
* Technical expertise in SQL, SQLite, Python, cloud forensics, IoT forensics, or malware reverse engineering
* Knowledge of digital forensic software including Axiom Cyber, Encase, and Forensic Tool Kit
* Healthcare fraud and/or abuse and neglect investigation experience
