The Test Phase Manager oversees testing activities for the One Washington enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, a statewide transformation project replacing legacy systems with cloud-based Workday solutions. This role coordinates testing across multiple agencies and technical teams, manages cross-phase dependencies, escalates enterprise-level risks, and provides executive reporting to inform go-live decisions. The position supervises Test Phase Leads and ensures alignment of testing strategy with program governance and deployment timelines.
