Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workers’ Compensation Claims Manager located in Olympia, WA. The Claims Manager will manage workers’ compensation claims, analyze data to ensure efficient outcomes, oversee claims processes, mentor team members, and communicate with insurance providers, legal teams, and clients. This role includes ensuring compliance with regulations and working to deliver the best possible results for clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in claims management, workers’ compensation handling, and process optimization
  • Strong analytical skills for claims evaluation, risk assessment, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Leadership abilities, including mentoring or supervising team members and promoting professional development
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory policies governing workers’ compensation
  • Proficiency in claims processing software or other related tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Industry certifications such as Associate in Claims (AIC) or similar are a plus
