We have a new opportunity for an experienced workers' compensation Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our rapidly growing Insurancepractice, based in our Darwin office.
The Insurance
WA team is a defendant insurance legal team, working across
Statutory Insurance matters, including workers' compensation,recoveries and compulsory third-party matters.
Our Insurance
WA team has approximately 90 people located across Darwin, Perthand Adelaide. This is a fantastic hands-on role, with significantlearning, development and progression opportunities, and the opportunity to work closely with interesting clients and alongsidehighly regarded partners and lawyers.
You will ideally have the following skills and experience:
- at least5 years of post-admission experience within Workers'Compensation;
- ideally you will have experience on the defendant side, however we willalso consider candidates with a plaintiff background who arekeen to move into a defendant practice;
- agenuine interest in contributing to the growth and success ofour insurance practice in Darwin;
- clear,concise legal writing skills; and
