SAILS Washington is seeking a Residential Area Director in Olympia, WA. The role oversees care quality, supervision, and safety for clients across facilities, coordinating training, compliance, scheduling, and reporting.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 3–5 years of supervisory experience, plus First Aid/CPR and CPI certification. A Washington driver’s license and willingness to on-call are required.
