The Court Research Supervisor leads the Center for Court Research team within the Administrative Office of the Courts, overseeing daily operations, staff management, and research project delivery that supports Washington's court system. This role involves program planning, policy development, budget management, and collaboration with internal and external court partners to drive data-informed improvements across state courts.
Key qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, public/judicial administration, political/social science, or related field
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in policy/program development and/or project management
- 1+ year supervisory or lead role managing teams
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to build collaborative relationships
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods and program evaluation
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and knowledge of Washington State court system
