* Remove sharp edges, burrs, and surface imperfections per engineering drawings, process sheets, and customer specifications.
* Follow written work instructions, routers, and visual aids to ensure consistent workmanship.
* Demonstrates familiarity with applicable Boeing BAC specifications and follows defined requirements.
* Inspect own work for basic conformance to dimensional, cosmetic, and surface finish requirements.
* Properly handle parts to prevent damage, contamination, or foreign object debris (FOD).
* Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S and safety standards.
* Use basic measuring and inspection tools (calipers, radius gauges, visual comparators) as trained.
* Identify and escalate nonconforming conditions to leads or quality personnel.
* Adhere to AS9100 quality requirements, safety procedures, and company policies.
* Perform manual deburring and edge breaking on machined aerospace parts using hand tools (files, stones, scrapers, Scotch-Brite, etc.).

* Demonstrates familiarity with applicable Boeing BAC specifications and follows defined requirements.
* All Other Duties as Assigned.
* High School Diploma/GED is required.
* 3+ years of previous experience in Aerospace industry is required.
* Combination of education and previous experience will be considered.
* AS9100 awareness or internal quality system training is preferred.
* FOD prevention certification is preferred.
* Boeing BAC specification training is preferred.
* Customer workmanship standards is preferred.
* Inspection or measurement training is preferred.
* Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
* May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
* Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
* Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
* A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
