Crown’s Beverage Division manufactures a variety of packaging solutions for soft drinks, craft beers, coffees, teas, and new energy drinks. Crown Beverage leads the industry with innovative technologies that redefine how the world looks at beverage cans, offering a large printable surface area and a wide range of sizes, shapes and decorating options.

• General labor duties such as housekeeping, sorting cans and rework products
• May perform product repair as requested
• Responsible for safety in all assigned duties

Union contract wage: $29.18 per hour.

Union position includes a pension. After one full month of employment, employees become eligible for benefits under the plan (medical, dental, vision, prescription and 401(k)).

Actual salary will be determined based on skill and experience level.

• Minimum 18 years old
• Minimum 6 months’ work experience in a manufacturing company is highly desirable
• Mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting or familiarity with power and hand tools preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic math skills

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and may be required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• May lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
• Must stand for long periods, work on elevated stationary platforms, and withstand extreme climate changes during summer and winter months
• Strong attention to detail, good record keeping and precision abilities desirable
• Ability to work under time pressures and flexibility to adjust to sudden work patterns or schedules
• Ability to work independently and in teams with good interpersonal skills

Must be able to work 12‑hour shifts, evenings (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.), weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
