JOB TITLE:
Pallet Builder

LOCATION:

Lacey, WA 98516

PAY RATE: $18.25/hr

SHIFT:
Monday through Friday, 6AM to 130PM

JOB SUMMARY:

The Pallet builder will take damaged pallets sent from our customers and returns them to service ready condition, before consolidating and shipping them back to the customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must be comfortable operating tools used to complete repairs, including but not limited to:
Nail gun, Manual & electric saws, Hammer, Wire brushes, and Pneumatic tool while observing all safety rules and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardized requirements exist.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills needed.

EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrated experience safely operating air-driven, electric, pneumatic, and manual woodworking tools.
• Previous experience in welding, lumbering, construction, carpentry, or roofing is strongly preferred.
• Completion of a craft apprenticeship preferred.
