Material Handler
Production Worker – Olympia, WA
Position Summary: Production Workers are responsible for processing donated merchandise for resale including sorting and pricing in a warehouse environment. This career‑advancing position offers great experience and development skills for future advancement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Attach price tickets to sale items.
- Record and maintain daily production records.
- Place ticketed items in appropriate transport containers.
- Monitor and report supply needs to supervisor.
- Ensure the area stays clean, well‑organized, and safe.
- Work and maintain in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to cross‑train in other areas.
- Inspect, clean, and repair items to be priced and placed on the sales floor.
- Ability to change priorities aligned with business needs.
- Unload sacks, boxes, and miscellaneous donated items from Gaylords or donation carts and transport them to proper processing or storage areas.

Qualifications/BasicJob Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Desire to succeed and show up to every shift.
- Ability to be a vital part of a team as well as work individually.
- Have a positive attitude.
- Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision‑making and communications skills.
- Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus.
