Crown’s Beverage Division manufactures a variety of packaging solutions for soft drinks, craft beers, coffees and teas as well as new energy drinks. Here at the Olympia Plant, we currently manufacture 12 oz. beverage cans. It is your chance to join the Crown Beverage Division.

This is a dual position:

• Forklift Operator: ensures the packaging, handling, and shipment of a quality product that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Palletizer Operator: works independently inspecting product and line.

Actual salary will be determined based on skill and experience level.

Under the union contract this position also includes a union pension.

• Ensures all equipment, guards, and safety devices are in place at all times, and follows safe work procedures and safety rules.
• Operates sit-down propane forklift to transport inventory and load tractor trailers for shipment.
• Transports inventory in warehouse to correct locations and stages orders for shipment.
• Understands daily production schedule and corresponds with management, leads, and coworkers accordingly.
• Performs visual inspection of aluminum cans and packaging quality.
• Monitors schedules, equipment, or processes, and reports problems to Supervisor.
• Follows all SOP’s (standard operating procedures) and communicates with proper personnel as concerns or issues arise.
• Assist Quality Assurance in locating pallets for sampling.
• Performs other related duties as required.
