We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a respected, growing nephrology practice based in Olympia, WA
. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced nephrologists while providing high-quality kidney care across hospital, clinic, and dialysis settings.

What You'll Do:- Provide care for nephrology patients in outpatient clinics, dialysis centers, and hospital settings
- Work collaboratively with nephrologists and fellow APPs
- Assist with inpatient consults and follow-up care
- Participate in a supportive, team-based schedule with physician backup
- Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on quality outcomes
