Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral Nursing degree, current licensure, national certification, and experience in hospice, geriatrics, or serious illness. Skills required are strong assessment, documentation, communication, and independent working abilities. The role involves community-based work, travel, and clinical assessments, with pay ranging from $54.52 to $65.66 per hour.
