Description
Under the general direction of the Director, the nurse manager assumes 24‑7 accountability for the operational and patient care management of assigned care areas. The Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse who has a comprehensive understanding of leadership and patient care principles and applies those principles in evaluation of work performance and outcome standards.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire).
- CNOR (upon hire).
- 3 years of experience in Operating Room or procedural settings.
- 2 years of Leadership experience.
- Master's Degree in Nursing.

Compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Salary Range$65.24 - $102.99 per hour (base pay). Additional compensation may be available.
