Salary Range: $42.40–$71.52 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time and PRN options available
Schedule: Multiple scheduling options, Monday–Friday; occasional Saturdays; on-call rotation; overnight shifts may be required.

Registered NurseJob Duties Pre‑Operative
- Administer care to patients prior to surgery.
- Administer pre‑surgery medication under guidance of physician or PA.
- Evaluate and access admission documents, identify emergency procedures, and adhere to necessary pre‑operation policies and procedures.
- Monitor vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, respiratory rate).
- Treat symptoms of postoperative nausea and vomiting.
- Manage post‑operative pain.
- Treat post‑anesthetic shivering.
- Monitor surgical sites for excessive bleeding, discharge, swelling, hematoma, redness, etc.
Job Requirements
- IV Therapy experience (starting, discontinuing IVs, administering medication).
- Graduate of an accredited State Board of Nursing program; current Registered Nurse in Washington required.
- Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within 90 days of hire.
