Responsibilities

The Certified Nurse Assistant provides nursing care, respiratory care, splinting, and patient support services in a hospital unit under the direction of the Clinical Manager. During the night shift, caregivers play a vital role, offering comfort, reassurance, and attentive care when patients need it most. The role supports a smaller group of patients in a co‑caring model, providing thoughtful, individualized care and allowing the opportunity for deeper focus and meaningful patient connections.

• Upon hire:
  Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification
• Preferred:
  At least 6 months of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a healthcare setting, long‑term care, or similar environment.
