will this traveler need to float between like units? Yes - potential to float to postpartum to care for couplets, couplets will be stable, if floated and no couplet experience will give 1 or 2 shifts of orientation
can float to peds with ratio of 1:3 - would take bili babies, feeder/grower, failure to thrive - nothing sick or respiratory
open to accommodating block schedule? Not at this time.
