Job Opportunity
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team in Olympia and Seattle, Washington. Opportunities are available in Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg), Long-Term Care (LTC), and Per Diem roles. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
- Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and nursing assistants
Specialty-Specific Duties:
- Med-Surg:
Manage care for adult patients with a variety of acute conditions - Monitor post-operative recovery and administer complex treatments
- Long-Term Care (LTC):
Provide ongoing care for residents with chronic illnesses or disabilities - Support quality of life and long-term wellness goals
- Per Diem:
Fill in staffing needs on a flexible, as-needed basis - Adapt quickly to different units and patient populations
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
- Day, evening, night, and weekend shifts depending on role

Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred for Med-Surg roles)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (preferred; new grads may be considered for some roles)
