Assured Hospice, part of LHC Group, is seeking a Palliative Care Nurse to provide direct patient and family care through palliative consultations for patients with serious illness and a prognosis of one year or less who are not ready for hospice.
Required RN/APRN licensure in the state, prescriptive authority, BCLS and CPR, 5+ years of clinical nursing, and a valid driver's license. Compensation ranges from $105,758 to $158,638 with comprehensive benefits.
